The library serves not only the Clarksburg community but also functions as the main library for Delta Elementary Charter School, Clarksburg Middle School, and Delta High School. The library hosts and supports community activities, including youth and adult classes, events, and many local non-profit organization meetings.
Wines of Clarksburg offers an elegant afternoon in the beautiful garden of Heringer Estates featuring gourmet food samplings (from our local Acoustic Events), wine tastings from our local wineries, live music from Midtown Jazz, gift basket auction, and a fine art auction featuring Sacramento and Delta artists. Past auctions have included the artwork of Gregory Kondos, Roger Berry, Eric Dahlin, Miles Hermann, Patris, and Bud Gordon.
Featured Wineries to attend:
Also featured will be David Ogilvie’s “Clarksburg Chenin Blanc” table filled with dozens of Chenin Blanc wines from wineries sourcing Clarksburg fruit.
This year’s image poster was created by renowned local watercolor artist Elaine Bowers, who has graciously donated a framed limited edition giclee print of the “Delta Sunrise” painting for this year’s auction. Elaine will be present at the event for signings and to answer questions about her incredible art.
